Usage ProceduresTo ensure a safe and effective session, please follow these safety guidelines carefully. 1. Medical & Health Precautions • Do not use the chamber in case of a respiratory tract infection, ear infection, or any condition affecting pressure tolerance. • Always consult a medical professional before starting hyperbaric oxygen therapy, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions. 2. Location & Setup • Place the chamber on a stable, flat surface, out of direct sunlight, and away from heat sources (e.g. radiators, heaters). • Ensure the room is clean, well-ventilated, and free of dust. • After each session, ventilate the room thoroughly. • Perform regular maintenance of the device, following the manufacturer’s guidelines. 3. Prohibited Items • No mobile phones, batteries, or electronic devices allowed inside the chamber. • No food or drinks inside. • Do not bring sharp objects or wear clothing with zippers, buttons, or other abrasive elements. 4. Preparation & Entry • Wear clean, soft, comfortable clothing free of metal or hard parts. • While closing the chamber: ◦ Close the safety buckles while zipping up the chamber. ◦ Ensure the silicone flap is properly positioned between the two zippers to guarantee a correct seal. ◦ Close both zippers completely. • Before starting the session, check that all valves and air outlets are unobstructed (do not block them with pillows or objects). 5. During the Session • Clear your ears regularly during pressure build-up (e.g. swallowing or performing a gentle Valsalva maneuver). • If you feel discomfort in the ears, slowly open the manual valve to relieve pressure until the discomfort subsides. • In case of ear pain, dizziness, or other discomfort, end the session immediately by releasing pressure gradually. • Ensure the oxygen mask is properly connected to the oxygen port and fits securely. 6. Treatment Duration & Guidelines • Do not exceed 90 minutes per session, unless specifically advised by a medical professional for therapeutic reasons. • Always follow the guidance of a trained professional regarding the treatment plan, session frequency, and total exposure time.
